Upper East Side Pied-à-Terre

During the COVID-19 pandemic, Corey and his partner started investing in their private home in Manhattan. Since the world had stopped spinning for a while, it was the perfect opportunity to revamp their shared condo and make it truly their own. 

Corey employed jewel tones in rich hues like garnet, emerald, and sapphire as the primary colors for this space, with black and white as neutral foils. Brass metallic elements would be used to inject a bit of glamour. Next, he began mixing and matching styles from the couple's personal collections and world travels. The pied-á-terre features a blend of antiques and contemporary furniture and fixtures, deco-inspired things, and 1960s and 1970s vintage pieces, as well.

This high-rise apartment has become a hip, unexpected getaway in the sky for Corey's family. The couple enjoys hosting big dinner parties for their friends, but the place works equally as well when it’s just the two of them and their Havanese-mix puppy, Charlotte, who loves romping through the rooms.
