This 3,200 sq. ft. series of showhouse spaces embodies Corey Damen Jenkins & Associates' signature philosophy of classical design infused with fresh optimism and fearless color. Soft periwinkle walls, tailored millwork, botanical influences, and sunlit spaces create a gracious backdrop for rooms that feel both classic and remarkably current.

In addition to directing the interior design, decoration, and accessorizing throughout the foyer, living room, parlor, and dining room spaces, Corey Damen Jenkins also showcased pieces from his signature upholstery collection for Hancock & Moore, his case-goods collection for Maitland Smith, and his fabric collection for Kravet. This ambitious fusion of his brand licenses illustrates how each line works harmoniously within fully realized interiors.

Jenkins commissioned a local artisan to hand-stencil the geometric floor, introducing a bespoke architectural layer that anchors the entire composition with artistry and craftsmanship. Rich walnut finishes, brass touches, dramatic lighting choices, and tailored upholstery are balanced by airy blues, crisp whites, and lush greenery. The result is an atmosphere of effortless sophistication.
