Living By Design
Project Details
There are growing fears that AI and digital technology will one day eliminate the value of interior designers and creative industries writ large. However, at Corey Damen Jenkins & Associates, we believe that humans will forever be the innovators behind the machine, but with one caveat: we must always push ourselves to break new barriers in design.
To that end, in addition to hand-drawn sketches, our firm has chosen to embrace various digital rendering tools to produce our projects. Every day, our interior designers employ a host of technologically advanced platforms at our studios, including CAD, SketchUp, AI, and much more.
For example, these living and hearth room interior designs, produced in collaboration with architect @kligerman.ad and @yousee.studio, demonstrate how we use technology to help our clients visualize their projects. Authenticity is key to what we do, and every item you see featured in these photos was thoughtfully selected and based on real-life furnishings, appliances, decorative light fixtures, fabrics, paint, and finish choices. These 3D renderings and colorized elevations give our clients visibility into our concepts long before they become a physical reality.
Featuring a sexy palette of ebony, oxblood, olive, and warm brass, the interiors are balanced by luminous marble, tailored upholstery, and expressive patterns, creating spaces that feel well-traveled and inviting. Custom millwork, statement lighting, and curated antiques lend architectural gravitas, while sculptural furnishings and vibrant textiles infuse the rooms with modern energy. Our favorite part? That cherry red lacquered ceiling—of course!
