French-inspired architecture and Moroccan motifs coalesce to give a newly built Michigan home a worldly sensibility. Luxurious finishes and layers of pattern reflect the vision of these homeowners who turned to Corey Damen Jenkins to create something tailored with neoclassical hallmarks.

The firm meticulously designed all the custom millwork and moldings to introduce the feeling of a French salon. The detailed craftsmanship belies the age of the home, fooling visitors into thinking it is much older than it is. Adding to the Parisian flair is a recurring color scheme of black and white mixed with Bohemian-themed fabrics, saturated colors, bold artworks, and unique textile combinations. Tile, a pillar of Eastern design, also plays a big visual role as seen with the kitchen island, principal bath, and sunroom.
